BC Soccer select Ref Centre as their new referee management solution

Vancouver BC, Thursday 29th March 2012

BC Soccer is pleased to announce the selection of the Ref Centre from E2E Soccer as the new online referee management system to replace the pervious e-referee system.

Ref Centre will provide online services to manage BC Soccer's referee procedures, including annual registration, clinic management, match officials’ assignment, assessments and fitness test management. E2E Soccer has similar online software solutions which have already been successfully deployed with the provincial soccer associations of Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan.

The refereeing community of BC require professional tools that will help to support their development. BC Soccer will continue to provide this through the Ref Centre, a proven high quality replacement to the previous BC Soccer e-referee system. "E2E Soccer has demonstrated that they have the experience and products to meet the high expectations of our referee community", stated Jason Elligott, BC Soccer’s Director of Community Development. "I am confident that our current and future referee members will receive an outstanding online service to assist them with their officiating and this system will also provide the necessary administrative function, operation and support to the refereeing program as a whole.” added Elligott.

Commenting on this agreement with BC Soccer, Tim Baigent, CEO of E2E Soccer said "Through our experience of delivering IT solutions for soccer associations, E2E Soccer provide unrivaled expertise in all aspects of soccer operations. We are excited to share that knowledge and expertise with one of Canada's biggest soccer associations".

“We’re pleased to have E2E Soccer onboard to support the Referee Development Program in BC,” said Rick Connors, BC Soccer’s Referee Committee Chair.
